The United States ordered immediate leaving non-emergency personnel from the capital South SudanCiting the growth of crime, kidnapping and armed conflict, the State Department said on Sunday.

Travel Advisory Level South Sudan remains Level 4, which means Americans should not travel to African country.

“Forced crime, shots, pitfalls, attacks, attacks, robberies and kidnappings are common in South Sudan, including Juba,” said advice. “Foreign citizens have been victims of rape, sexual harassment, armed robberies and other violent crimes.”

He also said that the US government has a limited opportunity to provide emergency consular services to US citizens in North Sudan.

Violence in South Sudan has aggravated by threatening the brittle peace deal between the best two leaders of the country.

President Salva Kirir and Vice President Rijk Machar signed a peace deal in 2018 to end the five-year civil war, in which more than 400,000 people were killed. Machar serves as the country's first vice president of national unity, although his political group opposes Kiri.

Political competition between the two men is widely seen as a main obstacle to peace in South Sudan, with which Kirir doubts the ambitions and cars of his deputy.

The State Department provides tourist consultations for all countries. Level 4 is the highest issued by the State Department, and it is issued only if there is a greater risk of life threatening. At this level, the US government advises Americans to write will and leave DNA designs with their medical provider for identification purposes.

For South Sudan, the department urged the Americans who would decide to go to African people, to “act extreme care” in all parts of the country, including the capital.

More than a dozen countries have been appointed by the State Department, including Ukraine, Russia, Syria, Iraq, Venezuela and Haiti.
