The leading group of US Civil Rights on Monday has filed a lawsuit against US President Donald Trump to refuge on the US-Mexican border, saying that restrictions effectively block the border for migrants.
The trial submitted by the American Civil Freedom Union (ACLU) challenges the prohibition issued by Trump on January 20, which blocks all the migrants who “invade the southern border” asylum or other humanitarian protection.
That decision is “as illegal as unprecedented”, groups, under the management of ACLU, say that the Federal Court of Washington said.
“The government is doing the right thing to rule the Congress that the United States should not do asylum seekers, not only single adults without those where they can pursue the Congress,” the lawyers wrote.
The complaint was submitted on behalf of the Arizona Florence Project on the On behalf of the “El Pas” Las American Immigrants.
The Security Department of the Fatherland said that it did not comment on the impending legislation.
Trump, Republican, has taken the arrests and emigration to prevent illegal immigration and illegal moving.
The actions include sending additional US military troops to the border and guide other federal agencies to support immigration. Trump's shelter ban passes further away than former President Joe Biden to discourage illegal logging in June.
Biden's restrictions were combined with a legal entrance program, which allowed 1,450 migrants to seek asylum in the legal border checkpoint a day.
Biden's restrictions remain in place and are subject to a separate ACLU legal challenge.
Advocates say that the right to seek asylum is enshrined in the law of immigration to the country, which denies the migrants who are pursuing the war or pursuing severe danger.
Lee Gelir, ACLU's lawyer who judges asylum in other famous cases, says Trump's ban was unprecedented.
“It eliminates all avenues to seek asylum, completely ignoring the statutory system created by the Congress,” Gelfel said.
“Countless families will be in danger, based on the pretext we invade with desperate immigrants.”
Critics say that relatively few people come to the United States who are looking for asylum, in fact, ending qualifiers, and which years are required for heavy immigration courts. People who seek asylum need to show fear of pursuit, race, religion, nationality, or a certain social or political group.
In the trial, groups claim that immigration does not mean “even raised levels” invading and notes that the number of people entering the entrance has not fallen from August 2020.
Trump's recent shelter is used by a charter known as 212 (f) to all migrants in the southern border, to seek asylum, the same legal jurisdiction used to the Muslim majority and other nations. The Supreme Court maintained the version of Trump Travel Prohibition in 2018.
The groups claimed that the Trump Declaration was an extreme example of presidential overuse. ” They said that the government was “summarized the non-digit”, often in just a few hours without giving them the opportunity to apply for asylum or protection.
