George Cambosos Jr. says that he is open to a re -match fight against Tofimo Lopez in neutral turf, but he is not going to do this in his hometown of New York. Cambosos (23-5, 5KO) does not think that Tiofimo wants a match again after the way he defeated him in a 12-round decision in 2021.

Willy is threatening

Former Unified Lightweight Champion Cambosos Jr. is heading to Duson against Jack Whaly (16-1, 15KO) in the 12-round competition at Codeos Bank Arena, Sydney Olympic Park, Australia. George has chosen Whaly, and it can be a fierce fight than many expects. Willie is 24 years old, and she has got the youth and strength by her side.

To understand the meaning of the match again, Tiofimo (23-5, 5kO) need to win against Arnold B Barboza Jr. on May 2 and then defeated the IBF Welterweight Champion Jaron 'Boots' in October. If he loses these two battles, it will be meaningless to face him again for Cambosos.

Cambosos is trying to turn his career in his fight on Saturday. Vasili Loachenko was scattered in the 11th round in Perth, Australia last May and he was inactive since then. It was a punishment for Cambosos. The year will not do any good work of it.

Neutral turf?

“I am looking forward to seeing what happened in this fight,” told George Cambosos Jr. Fight the Hub TV On May 2nd about Tiofimo Lopez's match against Barboza Jr.

“Arnold said, 'We should finally have a big fight.' Yes, we are definitely route against Lopez because he hit a ride on the street.

“We offer this ring with what will happen to it,” Combosos said about giving a re -match to Tiofimo after beating him in 2021.
