Spirit Airlines has updated its policy to include a stricter dress code for passengers.
The update, which took effect on January 22, said the passenger can to refuse to ride or removed from a flight because of their clothing or offensive tattoos.
Amendments to the agreement now stipulate that passengers who are inappropriately dressed, such as those wearing revealing clothing that exposes their breasts, hips or other private parts, will have to be disembarked.
