MORE THAN 500,000 ELECTRIC HEATERS RECALLED DUE TO EXTENDED RECALL
No injuries were reported as of Tuesday afternoon, officials said.
According to the commission, the recall covers Vornado VH2 Whole Room Heaters with a date code of “JUL24” or “AUG24” and “TYPE VH2” printed on the silver rating label on the bottom of the heater.

The heaters are white and feature CPSC-compliant thermostatic temperature control, automatic or continuous fan operation, and two heat settings. “Vornado” is printed on the front of the unit with a red “V” on the back. Only units with a date code of “JUL24” or “AUG24” are included in the recall.
The heaters in question were sold on Amazon between August and October for about $90 commission.
