NetApp (NASDAQ:NTAP) is selling a portfolio of cloud software assets worth about $100 million to Itasca, Flexera, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

The deal, which could be announced on Wednesday, includes some businesses from NetApp's acquisition of startups.
